I am looking at a 2 BHK apartment, approximately 1295 Sq.ft, which is a good size for a single peon or a small family. The project has essential amenities such as a sewage treatment plant and electrical meter rooms, which are practical. It's ready to move in, which suits my immediate needs. The proximity to National Highway 4 is useful for travel, although it can get busy. The development by Ideal Buildeseems solid, and the inclusion of fire sprinkleprovides peace of mind. I do wish the metro connectivity was a little closer, but the overall infrastructure is decent.
