After retirement, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Ideal Block B Blooms in Naingi seemed like a good option. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is a major plus. I also appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems in place. The apartment size, 1326 Sq.ft for a 3 BHK, is quite spacious. The presence of lifts is helpful. However, I find the parking area a bit cramped, especially the open parking spaces. It can be challenging to maneuver larger vehicles. The general upkeep of common areas also needs a bit more attention from the maintenance team. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful living environment.
