The developer, Icon Group, has included good amenities like fire fighting systems and 24x7 water supply. The location in Wakad is accessible, though the approach road can be narrow. We liked that it is a ready-to-move property. The price point, around 1.3 crore for the larger flats, felt a little high, but the space and amenities justify it to some extent. The kids' play area is a definite plus for my children.

The amenities like rainwater harvesting and solid waste management are thoughtful. It's located in Wakad, which is a growing area. The project was completed in December 2022. The main issue is the traffic on the Wakad to Pune service road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Also, the Jupiter Hospital is about 6 kilometeaway, which is a bit far if there's an emergency. But the property itself is spacious.
