The price of 70.94 Lakh onwards was manageable for me with a home loan. The developer, Icon Builde& Develope, has provided basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and fire sprinkleOne thing I noticed during my visit was the dust on the roads around the project, which is common in developing areas. Apart from that, everything else seems fine for a fit-time buyer.
