We visited I5 Gokulam last weekend. It's located in Maraimalai Nagar, right off GST Road. We are considering a smaller plot, maybe around 600 Sq.ft, as our fit property purchase. The price is manageable, starting from 15 Lakh. We liked that it's under construction with a completion date of May 2026, giving us time to save more. The distance to Maraimalainagar Railway Station Bus Stop is nearby, which is okay for us as we mostly use our car. One thing that worried us a little was the traffic on GST Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. Also, the developer, i5 Housing & Properties, didn't have much information on future amenities, which is a bit of a gamble. Still, for the price and location, it's worth considering.

We bought a 2400 Sq.ft plot at I5 Gokulam. The price was around 60 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget but seemed reasonable for the size and location in Maraimalai Nagar, GST Road. The developer, i5 Housing & Properties, promises completion by May 2026. It is still under construction. We chose this location because it's close to our office and has good road access via GST Road. The nearby school and hospital are also a plus for future needs, both nearby. The only drawback we've noticed so far is that the roads within the project site are still rough, making access a bit challenging, and there's a lot of dust. We are hoping i5 Housing & Properties will improve the internal roads before the final handover.

We are looking for a plot to build our home in Chennai. I5 Gokulam in Maraimalai Nagar, GST Road is an option we are exploring. We need a decent sized plot, perhaps around 1200 Sq.ft, which would fall in the middle of their 15 Lakh to 60 Lakh price range. The fact that it's under construction and expected to be completed by May 2026 is fine, but we need to be sure about the quality. It's good that St. Joseph's Matric. Hr. Sec. School is nearby, and Deepam Hospitals is also at the same distance. This proximity to essential services is important for us. My main concern is the dust and construction noise right now, which is expected since it's under construction. I5 Housing & Properties needs to assure us about timely delivery and quality standards.
