I acquired a 2 BHK flat of 1000 square feet for 41 Lakh. The presence of a gymnasium and a jogging track is good for staying active. The 24x7 security and water supply are reliable. It's also convenient being close to Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center for any health needs. The only slight issue is that the garbage disposal system could be better maintained. Other than that, the i1 Properties development offea comfortable lifestyle for senior citizens.
