The proximity to the Mumbai expressway is very convenient for my commute. I appreciate the indoor games facility and the children's play area, although I don't have kids myself. It was completed a while ago, in 2014, and it feels well-maintained. The availability of power backup is also reassuring. The only minor issue is that sometimes the mobile network inside the villa is a bit weak, which is a bit inconvenient.
