For a single peon, the security of a high-rise tower is very important. The integrated G+2 commercial space is a huge plus because I can pick up things on my way back from work. The price range starts from 1.21 Crore, which is reasonable for the amenities provided. It is under construction right now, but I have seen the site, and the layout looks solid.
