T Nagar is a well-known area, and the proximity to important facilities like hospitals and schools was a deciding factor for me. The flat size of 2130 Sq.ft is ample for them. The project offeessential amenities such as car parking, 24x7 water supply, and security, which are important for their comfort and safety. The price is 4.69 Crore onwards, which is what I expected for this location. It is ready to move, so they can settle in immediately. My only hesitation was not seeing the OC received, but the developer assured us everything is in order.

HP Homes seems to have decent amenities like car parking and 24x7 security, which are important for us. The price point of 4.69 Crore onwards is definitely on the higher side, but the location is excellent, very close to AG DMS Metro Station. We visited the site and the construction looks solid. It's ready to move in, which is a big plus. The only slight worry is potential traffic congestion in T Nagar, but we feel it's a trade-off for such a central location. Overall, we are happy with the decision.
