We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. We found a 2 BHK in HMR Elites that fit our budget, costing about 58 Lakhs. The built-up area is between 1206 to 1500 square feet. The location in HBR Layout is decent, although getting onto the main road during peak houcan be a bit slow due to traffic. We liked the idea of the multipurpose room and the jogging track. Construction quality seems okay for the price.
