Being in Cambridge Layout, Central Bangalore, is very convenient for our commute. The price was 2.1 Crore onwards, which was manageable with our savings. It's a ready-to-move property, which was a priority. HM Group completed this in 2007. The essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup are present. The proximity to the Swami Vivekananda Road Metro Station (3.3 KM) is also a plus for us. We were a bit concerned about dust during monsoon season, but it hasn't been too bad.
