It's a gated community with 24x7 security, which made me feel safe. The project is ready to move, and the completion was June 2024. The price of 39.75 Lakh was within my budget. I liked that there is a 24 houtransport facility nearby, making it easy to get around without my own vehicle. The main concern for me is the dust. Since it's still developing in the area and close to construction, there is a noticeable amount of dust on the roads and around the villas. The lack of OC received is also a bit worrying for a fit-time buyer like me.
