This is my fit home purchase, so I was a bit nervous. Hindva Skyview was recommended by a friend. I decided on a 2 BHK apartment, which has a plot area of 668 sq.yd. And the actual flat area is 74.22 sq.yd. The price starting at 47 Lakhs felt achievable for a fit-time buyer. I liked the idea of a gymnasium and a swimming pool for future use. The area seems to be developing, and it's close to Podar International School, which is good for the future. One thing that bothered me a little was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down. The 72% open space is also impressive.

The 24x7 water supply and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide a sense of security. While the project is ready to move, I noticed some construction dust in the vicinity which is common in developing areas. The proximity to the Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway is convenient for occasional travel.

We were looking for a modern apartment in Ahmedabad and stumbled upon Hindva Skyview. We really liked the concept of 72% open space and the availability of a swimming pool and gymnasium. We considered a 3 BHK apartment, which has a plot area of 1239 sq.yd. The location in Vastral is quite good, with the Nirant Cross Road Metro Station just about a kilometer away, making commuting easier. The price point of 47 Lakhs onwards for a 2 BHK was also within our budget. My only concern is that the parking area seems a bit congested if you have more than one vehicle. The developer, Hindva DevelopeLLP P, seems to have a decent track record.

The Gujarat-Vadodara Expressway nearby means we can travel easily to other cities. The only slight issue is that sometimes during peak hou, getting onto the main road from Vastral can be a bit slow.
