The built up area of 1280 Sq.ft is a good size for rental purposes. The price was around 1.2 Crore, which I felt was competitive for the location and amenities offered. Himalaya Residency has a track record of completing projects, and this one was ready to move in since December 2012. The availability of power backup and a swimming pool are attractive features for tenants. Car parking is also available.
