As I am relocating to Hyderabad for work at Citizens Specialty Hospital, which is about 7.4 kilometeaway, the location of Himalaya Garudadri in Osman Nagar seemed convenient. The easy access to the Outer Ring Highway and Bombay Free highway is a plus for commuting. I looked at a 3 BHK apartment, which has a saleable area of 1820 square feet, giving us plenty of room. The price point is between 63.52 Lakh and 1.0 Crore, which fits our budget for a new home. The project is ready to move in, which is ideal for our immediate need. However, the distance to Raidurg Metro Station is quite significant at over 10 kilomete, which might be an issue for occasional travel. The area also seems to have some construction dust from nearby ongoing projects.

We were looking for a spacious apartment in West Hyderabad and found Himalaya Garudadri. The 2 BHK apartments are a good size, starting from 1155 square feet saleable area. It is ready to move which was a big factor for us. The location in Osman Nagar is quite peaceful, away from the main city noise. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which are essential. The price range of 63.52 Lakh to 1.0 Crore seems reasonable for the space offered. My only concern is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit unusual for a ready-to-move property. Hopefully, that gets sorted soon. Otherwise, it seems like a decent place to settle down.

The main issue is the connectivity; getting to the main highways requires navigating through some internal roads which can be a bit congested during peak houParking is also a bit tight.
