My wife and I were looking for a plot near the airport and Himaja Elite Empire Phase 1 seemed like the right choice for us. We checked out the 1853.22 Sq.ft plot size. Being close to the Vijayawada Airport is a massive advantage for us since we travel frequently. Himaja Constructions (P) Ltd has planned some nice amenities like a cricket pitch and a skating rink which should be fun once we build our home. The only thing is that the area is still developing so there is quite a bit of construction dust in the surroundings right now. We are hopeful that by the completion date of March 2028 things will look much better and the road connectivity will be fully sorted out for residents.
