We decided on a 3 BHK flat at Hiland River for our growing family. The 1237 square feet area provides enough space for the children. We were looking for a place with good amenities for the kids, and the swimming pool and landscaped gardens are great. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. Hiland Group has been responsive to our queries. One thing that concerns me slightly is the dust from ongoing development in the vicinity, which can sometimes be an issue.
