The location in New Ranip, Ahmedabad, has good potential for rental appreciation given its proximity to essential services. The carpet area for the 1 BHK is around 400 square feet, which is standard for this configuration. Het Developehave a reputation for timely delivery, which was a factor in my decision. The project is ready to move in, with completion expected in March 2025. While the immediate area has good connectivity, some approach roads could be better maintained. The project is located in Ranip, Ahmedabad, and the connectivity is decent. I bought a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area ranging from 526 to 580 square feet. The building boasts an earthquake-resistant RCC structure and a fire fighting system, which are important safety features. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. My only gripe is that the construction dust can be a bit much at times due to ongoing development in the vicinity. Otherwise, it’s a solid property.

My son loves the children's play area, it's quite safe and well-maintained. The 2 BHK flat we got is around 550 square feet carpet area, which is comfortable for our family of three. There's a security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The entrance lobby also looks quite grand.
