The carpet area for the 1 BHK is around 400 square feet, which is standard for this configuration. Het Developehave a reputation for timely delivery, which was a factor in my decision. The project is ready to move in, with completion expected in March 2025. While the immediate area has good connectivity, some approach roads could be better maintained. As a business owner, I value convenience and good infrastructure. Het Eureka Avenue, developed by Het Develope, offejust that. The project is located in Ranip, Ahmedabad, and the connectivity is decent. I bought a 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area ranging from 526 to 580 square feet. The building boasts an earthquake-resistant RCC structure and a fire fighting system, which are important safety features. The 24x7 water supply is also a relief. My only gripe is that the construction dust can be a bit much at times due to ongoing development in the vicinity. Otherwise, it’s a solid property.

We moved into Het Eureka Avenue a couple of months ago. The best part is that Nest Public School is literally right next door, zero distance. My son loves the children's play area, it's quite safe and well-maintained. The 2 BHK flat we got is around 550 square feet carpet area, which is comfortable for our family of three. There's a security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The entrance lobby also looks quite grand. My only minor worry is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to the main road. Overall, it’s a decent place for families with young children.

The earthquake-resistant structure is also a plus point. The Vadaj Metro Station is about 2.5 kilometeaway, which is convenient for occasional travel. However, I do find the overall pricing a bit steep for the area, even though it's a ready-to-move property.

The 1 BHK flat I booked has a carpet area of approximately 460 square feet, which feels spacious enough for a single peon. The project includes essential amenities like a children's play area, lift, and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The nearby Balmukund Children Hospital is a good landmark. The only slight drawback is that the approach road is a bit narrow, making it tricky sometimes when there's a lot of traffic. But for a fit-time buyer, it feels like a secure investment.
