We chose Heights because of its proximity to schools. VVignana Jyothi School is very close by, which is a huge relief for us with two young children. The apartment size we picked is around 1200 square feet, offering enough room for the kids to play indooHaving a hospital like Dr. Rao's ENT Super Speciality International Hospital nearby is also reassuring for any emergencies. The project has essential amenities like car parking and lifts. The main thing that bothered us a little was the traffic on Pragathi Nagar Road during peak hou; it gets quite congested. But the convenience for school and hospital access outweighs that for us. The power backup is also a nice feature.

Being close to NH 65, about 4 kilometeaway, makes commuting easier for my office which is on the other side of the city. Power backup is a big plus because we had issues with that in our previous rental. Parking is available, but it does seem a little tight if you have a larger vehicle.
