The prices range from 28.55 Lakh to 42.48 Lakh, which is quite reasonable for Kolkata. I bought a 3 BHK flat, super builtup area is 1173 sq.ft. The construction is complete and the property is ready to move in, which was a priority for me. The nearby access to NH-12 and EM Bypass is very convenient for daily commute. One thing I noticed is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's manageable. The project has a swimming pool and a children's play area, which is nice for families.
