The amenities like the club house and gymnasium are good for residents. The fact that it is a gated community adds to the appeal. While it is ready to move, I noticed some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a common issue in developing zones like Balewadi. Overall, it presents a decent investment opportunity.
