Harmony Navrang seemed like a good choice for us because Morning Star Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby. That was a huge selling point. We looked at the 2 BHK flats which are 970 square feet. The price range is 1.5 Cr to 1.89 Cr. The developer, Harmony Residences Pvt. Ltd, is building this project in Kodambakkam. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on Rangarajapuram Main Road, especially during peak hou, as it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to the school and the inclusion of amenities like a multipurpose hall and landscaping make up for it. We are hoping for a smooth move-in by June 2027.
