Relocating to Chennai for work at MGM Healthcare meant finding a place close by. TVH Eden in UI Colony, Kodambakkam is literally nearby, which is incredibly convenient. I checked out the 1350 square feet 3 BHK, and it's a good size for me. The fact that it's ready to move is a huge advantage. True Value Homes seems to have decent amenities like maintenance staff and 24/7 security, which is important for someone new to the city. The road access could be a bit better, but proximity to the hospital is the main factor here.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Kodambakkam and found TVH Eden. The 900 square feet 2 BHK felt quite spacious for us. It's great that the project is already completed since December 2005, so no waiting. The maintenance staff is available, which is a big help for us as we both work long houSecurity also seems good, with 24/7 guards. The location is decent, though traffic can get a little heavy during peak times. Overall, it met our immediate needs for a place to live.

We decided to upgrade from our rented apartment and looked at several options. TVH Eden in Kodambakkam caught our eye because it's ready to move. The 2 BHK at 900 square feet has a decent layout, and the natural light is good. True Value Homes has provided 24/7 security and maintenance staff, which we appreciate. The location is okay, but the Kodambakkam Power Bus Stop is about 1.4 kilometeaway, so public transport isn't right at the dootep. Still, the overall feel of the place and the amenities offered make it a solid choice for us.

I purchased a 2 BHK unit in TVH Eden as an investment. The area of Kodambakkam has potential for rental income. Since the project is ready to move, it could be leased out quickly. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 900 square feet, which is a standard size. True Value Homes completed this project back in December 2005. While the amenities like maintenance staff and 24/7 security are standard, the location's connectivity to other parts of Chennai is what I considered. The price point, though not disclosed here, was reasonable at the time of purchase.

The 2 BHK flats are around 900 square feet, which is a good size for our small family. Having the school so close saves us so much travel time every day.
