It was ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. Being near Marengo CIMS Hospital is also a practical advantage. The security cabin and 24x7 CCTV surveillance provide peace of mind. However, the road access to the project, particularly the Sola Bhagwat Vidhyapith area, can be a bit congested during peak hou, and there's some dust from ongoing development nearby. We decided to settle in Harmony Homes because of its location and the amenities offered. The 4.5 BHK villa provides enough room for our growing family. Being a gated community, the security is a definite plus point, and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind knowing our kids are safe. The children's play area is well-used by our kids. It's very close to Nest Public School, which is a major convenience. The villas are built on a 2790 sq.ft plot area. We moved in after it was completed in July 2012. While the property itself is good, getting the OC certificate status wasn't clear when we purchased, which was a slight concern. The price was around 1.42 Crore.

My only minor issue is the parking arrangement; it's open car parking, and sometimes finding a convenient spot can be a little tricky if guests are over. The proximity to Nest Public School, a short distance, is fantastic for our children. Harmony Developehave provided essential amenities like a children's play area and a party hall. The surrounding area in Sola has seen development, making access to the Sardar Patel Ring Road quite straightforward. We did notice that the traffic on the main Sola road can get quite heavy, especially in the mornings and evenings, which adds a few minutes to our commute. Despite that, it feels like a good upgrade.
