We are considering a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of about 950 Sq.ft. The price goes up to 1.14 Crore for the larger units. The project is IGBC Gold Pre-certified, which is a plus for sustainability. The developer, Harivishva DevelopeLLP P, has included features like motion-sensing LED lights in common areas and a Yale Digital Lock, which are nice touches. The completion date is December 2026. The only slight drawback is the dust from the ongoing construction around the area, but that's expected.
