I purchased a flat in Harihar Gokul Park for my parents living in Nagpur. The primary reason was the availability of essential amenities like water storage and rain water harvesting, which are important for consistent living. The 2 BHK configuration with 599 Sq.ft carpet area is suitable for them. While I cannot visit often, I trust Harihar Infrastructure Development Corporation to deliver. The location in Somalwada is relatively calm. My parents are happy with the proximity to schools like School of Schola, which is nearby. The only concern I have is the completion date being in the past (June 2015), which makes me wonder about the current construction status. I need to get a clearer update on that.

We decided on Harihar Gokul Park because of the amenities. The swimming pool and gymnasium are quite good for keeping active. My wife also likes the Vastu compliant design. The location in Somalwada is peaceful, away from the main city noise which is a relief. We looked at the 2 BHK flat which has a carpet area of 599 Sq.ft, seems sufficient for us. The developer, Harihar Infrastructure Development Corporation, has a decent reputation. We are looking forward to moving in after completion. The construction is currently underway and should be finished by June 2015 as per the plan. Overall, it seems like a good place for our retirement.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Harihar Gokul Park in Somalwada. I opted for a 2 BHK with 599 Sq.ft carpet area. The location is decent, with Orange City Hospital & Research Institute nearby, which is reassuring. Harihar Infrastructure Development Corporation has included amenities like solar lighting and power backup, which are practical. The project is still under construction, so there's some waiting involved. The access road to the project could be better, it's a bit narrow for my liking. However, the security features like 24x7 security and intercom are good. I am hopeful this will be a good investment for me.

The location near Manish Nagar is convenient, with Wardha Road and Airport Road easily accessible. Getting to our IT jobs is manageable. One minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected. They also have a skating rink which is a nice touch for future recreation.
