Apollo Hospitals is also zero kilomete, which is a huge relief. We booked a 747 square feet carpet area flat, which feels spacious enough for us. The price started from 35.3 Lakhs, which was within our budget for this size and location. The project is ready to move, so we could see the actual flat before booking. The landscaping looks nice, and it's good to see they have closed car parking. My only concern is the traffic on the Mhasrul – Adgaon Road during peak hou, it gets quite busy.
