The location is very convenient, with Kalighat Metro Station just a short walk away at 0.63 kilometeThis makes commuting much easier. The price range is a bit high, starting from 1.7 Crore, but given the location and the fact that it is ready to move, it seems reasonable. I liked the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for added security. The only minor issue I noticed was some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's expected in a developing area.
