We were looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to settle down in Hyderabad after retirement. Hanuma Srivasam in Kondapur seemed like a good fit. The 1160 square feet 2 BHK apartment is a decent size for us, not too big to manage. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The Vastu compliant design was also important for us. Hanuma Constructions delivered this project back in October 2012, so it's a fairly established one. The price point was within our budget, around 35 Lakhs. The only slight drawback is the traffic getting out of Kondapur during peak hou, but that's common in Hyderabad these days. Overall, it serves our purpose well.

We liked the car parking facility and the power backup. However, the price felt a little high compared to some newer projects in the vicinity, even though it is ready to occupy.
