The developer, P Naimha Reddy And Othe, seems experienced. The project includes essential amenities like a gated community setup, 24x7 water supply, and street lighting. I am excited about building my fit home here. The construction is in progress and should be ready by July 2026. I also noticed they have plans for avenue plantation and landscaping, which will make the place look nice. The area around the site is still developing, so I hope it gets better connectivity soon.
