I moved into Hallmark Vicinia about six months ago. The Olympic-sized swimming pool and the landscaped gardens were a big draw for me. It's quite peaceful here, which is what I was looking for after retiring from my professional. The 2 BHK flat is a comfortable size, around 1155 square feet, perfect for one peon. The clubhouse amenities are also quite good, though I haven't used the spa much. The location in Naingi is decent, with good connectivity to the Outer Ring Road. My only slight complaint would be that the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some areas around the property. Overall, it's a good place for a quiet life.

The built-up area for the 2 BHK flats ranges from 1155 to 1740 square feet, offering decent space. The price for my unit was 1.55 Crore. Being ready to move in since December 2020 is a plus. The developer, Hallmark Builde, has a decent reputation. While the project has many amenities like a clubhouse and gym, the parking area felt a little cramped when I visited. Also, the immediate surroundings can be a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby. It's a good bet for capital appreciation in the long term.

I recently moved into Hallmark Vicinia and am still exploring everything. The biggest advantage for me is the proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, nearby, making my commute easier. I chose a 2 BHK flat, around 1200 square feet, which is quite practical for a single peon. The complex has a lot to offer, including a library, an outdoor gym, and a synthetic half basketball court. The security seems good with 24X7 water supply. However, the price is quite steep, starting from 1.39 Crore, which was at the upper end of my budget. It feels like a safe and well-equipped place, though.

My only concern is the lack of readily available information about the OC received; I wish that was clearer. We bought a 3 BHK here last year and are quite happy. The apartment is spacious, ouis 1740 square feet, giving us plenty of room. We love the cycling and jogging track and the gym is well-equipped. It's a ready-to-move property, which was important for us as we didn't want to wait. The price was a bit high, around 2.1 Crore, but the quality seems good. It's close to Oakridge International School, which might be useful in a few yeaThe only thing is the traffic can get quite heavy on the main road during peak hou, especially heading towards Gachibowli. But inside the complex, it's quite calm.
