The 2.5 BHK configuration, ranging from 1266 sq.ft to 1706 sq.ft built-up area, caught our eye. We are looking at a unit priced around 85 Lakhs. The location near Samashti International School (5.9 km) is convenient for us. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are excellent. However, the overall price range of 73 Lakhs to 98.37 Lakhs felt a bit steep for the area, but the quality of construction and the ready-to-move-in status made us consider it seriously. The entrance lobby is quite grand.
