The price point of 44.2 Lakh onwards made it achievable for us to buy instead of rent. It was ready to move, which meant we could settle in without waiting for construction. The location is decent, though the approach road to the project isn't the widest, which can be a minor inconvenience sometimes. We liked that it’s in West Hyderabad. We are hoping Hallmark Buildewill add more communal spaces or facilities in the future, as none were specified.
