We liked the 2 BHK apartment layout, which has a carpet area of 676 sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for us right now. The location is good, with DAV International School and Shalby Hospitals very close. The project has essential amenities like lifts, internal roads, and landscaping. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is typical for a project at this stage. We're hoping Hadi Developewill manage the site well. The presence of a sewage treatment plant and energy management systems is also a positive sign for us.
