  We are looking for our fit home and Hadi AL Hamd Pacific II in Sarkhej is on our list. It's still under construction, with completion expected in November 2031. We liked the 2 BHK apartment layout, which has a carpet area of 676 sq.ft. It feels spacious enough for us right now. The location is good, with DAV International School and Shalby Hospitals very close. The project has essential amenities like lifts, internal roads, and landscaping. We are a bit concerned about the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, which is typical for a project at this stage. We're hoping Hadi Developewill manage the site well. The presence of a sewage treatment plant and energy management systems is also a positive sign for us.

Hadi AL Hamd Pacific II in Sarkhej seemed like a strong contender. The 4 BHK apartment, with a carpet area of 1987 sq.ft, offeplenty of space for my family. The project is still under construction, with completion set for November 2031. One thing that concerns me slightly is the nearby distance to the APMC Metro Station; while not too far, it could mean more traffic congestion during peak houHowever, the inclusion of essential amenities like 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, and a fire fighting system is reassuring. The promise of 24x7 water supply is also a major factor for me.

  This is my very fit property purchase, and I've chosen Hadi AL Hamd Pacific II in Ahmedabad. I selected a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 676 sq.ft. The project is under construction by Hadi Develope, and they estimate completion by November 2031. It’s located in Sarkhej, which is developing nicely. I was impressed with the list of amenities, especially the 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, and the rainwater harvesting system. Having lifts and power backup is also very important. My only small worry is the parking situation, as I haven't seen details on allocated parking yet. Hopefully, it's adequate. The proximity to DAV International School and Shalby Hospitals is a great advantage for future needs.
