We purchased a 1 BHK flat here a few months ago. The built-up area is around 453 sq.ft, which is adequate for us now. My wife liked the idea of a jogging track within the project. It's nice to have a garbage disposal system too. The project was completed in 2015, so it's an established community. Maintenance staff is available, which is important for us as we are retired. The prices for the 1 BHK flats start from 20.39 L. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but it's manageable. The entrance lobby looks good.
