As a government employee, I look for stability and good value. Gunina Jeno in Electronic City, Shikaripalya, offered just that. The project by Gunina Group is ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. I purchased a 1 BHK flat which is between 641 to 697 square feet. The price was in my budget, around 23.76 Lakh. The amenities like power backup and a lift are essential for daily comfort. The location near Motherhood Hospital is also convenient. While the completion was back in July 2013, the maintenance staff seems to be keeping things in good order. My only concern is the reception of the intercom system, it can be a bit fuzzy sometimes.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. It feels like a solid start for me.

The only drawback is that the OC received status is not readily available, which is a bit concerning for future clarity, though the project is old and occupied.
