We moved into Prasiddhi Enclave a couple of yeaago. Our 3 BHK is quite large, around 1355 square feet, which gives our kids enough room to play inside. Having Sofort International School nearby was a major factor for us. Prasiddhi Buildeincluded a children's play area and also a tennis court, which is a nice bonus. The 100% power backup is a lifesaver during Bangalore's frequent power outages. The only minor inconvenience is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that should settle down eventually.

It's quite convenient as Sofort International School is only 2 kilometeaway, which is great for potential future kids. The developer, Prasiddhi Builde, also provided 100% power backup which is essential for our work from home needs. The only downside is the traffic getting to Hosur Road can be heavy during peak hou, but that's common for this area.

This is my fit flat purchase and I found Prasiddhi Enclave in Electronic City. I picked a 3 BHK measuring 1465 square feet. The price was about 43 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for the space. The project was completed in 2014 by Prasiddhi BuildeI liked that they have a children's play area and also a swimming pool. The main concern for me is that the Occupational Certificate is not available, which makes me a bit nervous about future legalities, though the builder assured us it's a minor formality. Otherwise, the flat itself is well laid out.
