After renting for yea, we finally decided to buy our own home and chose Gulmohar Heights. The size of the 3 BHK flats, around 2000 square feet, is perfect for our growing family. We were impressed by the developer, Sun Group's commitment to amenities like rainwater harvesting and landscaping. The price is a bit high, between 1.34 Crore and 1.41 Crore, but we feel it's a worthwhile investment for the future. The proximity to Mahakaran Metro Station, nearby, is a major plus for commuting. We are a little worried about the dust and noise since it's still under construction, but that's expected. We are looking forward to moving in by June 2027.

We were looking for a spacious flat in Howrah and Gulmohar Heights seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK configurations are quite large, starting from 1914 square feet, which is exactly what we wanted. The location is also very convenient, being close to Narayana Hospital and Institute of Neurosciences Kolkata. We booked a 1950 sq.ft flat for around 1.36 Crore. The developer, Sun Group, seems to have a decent track record. My only concern is the extra cost for car parking, which is 7 Lakhs. We hope the construction finishes by June 2027 as promised. The amenities like the gymnasium and terrace garden are also attractive for us.

We needed a bigger place for the kids and found Gulmohar Heights. The 3 BHK flats are spacious, with one option being 2011 square feet, giving everyone enough room. The Children's Play Area is a big hit with my son already. It's good that Sun Group is including a party hall and community hall. The location in Howrah, Mali Panchghara is okay, but traffic can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hou, especially getting to the metro which is almost nearby. The price is substantial, over 1.3 Crore, but the build quality seems solid. Hopefully, the landscaping and tree planting make the area greener by the time it's completed in June 2027.
