Ganges Group delivered this project by March 2009, which indicates a long time since completion, and it's ready to move. The location in Mali Panchghara, Howrah offereasonable connectivity. The presence of car parking and lifts are standard requirements. My main concern is the availability of the Occupancy Certificate (OC), which is not listed. This lack of documentation could potentially affect loan eligibility for future buyeor impact property valuation. The nearby school is a good point though.
