We were renting in a different part of Mangalore and wanted to upgrade. Guardian Shanthala Heritage in Kadri offered a good option. The location is very central, making it easier to travel to different parts of the city. We were particularly pleased that it is ready to move in, which meant we could avoid the hassle of waiting for construction. Being close to Bendoor Bus Stop, about 1.4 kilometeaway, is helpful for commuting. We found the 2 BHK layout to be functional, though perhaps not the most spacious. The pricing was competitive for the area and the readiness of the apartment.

I am based abroad and was looking for a comfortable home for my parents in Mangalore. Guardian Shanthala Heritage in Kadri seemed like a good choice due to its proximity to essential facilities. Indiana Hospital is just moments away, which is important for my parents' well-being. Lourdes Central School being so close is also a bonus, though not directly relevant for them. The project being ready to move in allowed me to finalize the purchase remotely with relative ease. I did a virtual tour and spoke to the sales team extensively. The location is excellent, and it seems like a peaceful neighborhood, which is what I wanted for them.

We chose Guardian Shanthala Heritage primarily for its fantastic location in Kadri, Mangalore. Having Lourdes Central School literally at our dootep was the deciding factor for our children's education. It saves so much travel time. Indiana Hospital is also very close, which is reassuring. We opted for a 3 BHK, and the space is adequate for our family. The project is ready to move in, so we could settle in quickly after purchase. The builder, Guardian Infrastructure, seems to have focused on accessibility. The only minor issue is that the area can get a bit noisy due to its central location, but we are getting used to it.

The immediate proximity to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is a significant advantage, both peonally and potentially for rental value. Also, having Lourdes Central School right there means the area is well-established. We looked at a 3 BHK, and the floor plan felt practical. My only real concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have multiple vehicles. Otherwise, the construction appeasolid, and the location itself is a major draw for convenience.

Finding a ready-to-move flat in Kadri was our priority. Guardian Shanthala Heritage caught our eye because it’s in a prime spot. We looked at a 2 BHK, and while the layout was okay, the rooms felt a little smaller than we expected. However, the convenience of being so close to Lourdes Central School and Indiana Hospital is hard to beat. It makes our daily commute much easier. The only downside is that the roads around Kadri can get quite busy, especially during peak hou, which adds a few minutes to our travel time. Still, for the location and the immediate availability, it’s a good option for us.
