Finding a good place to live alone in Pune was tough, but Guardian Cityscapes Phase 1 worked out. I got a 2 BHK apartment that's 560 Sq.ft carpet area. It’s just enough for me and my work-from-home setup. The price point of 95.45 Lakh was within my budget. Being close to Nal Stop Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting easy. The project has amenities like a gym and garbage disposal which are essential. However, the parking situation looks a little tight, and I hope it won't be an issue later. I am looking forward to moving in soon.
