The 4 BHK configurations are quite large, with the smallest being 2439 square feet carpet. I need a comfortable space after long working hou, and these apartments offer that. While the project is under construction until December 2030, the proximity to essential services like Udgam School and the Thaltej Metro Station (all nearby away) makes it very appealing. I am a bit concerned about the potential traffic noise given the location, but the convenience outweighs that for now. Guardian Infrastructure is the developer here.
