Our children are enrolled in RPS School so living at GTB Florenza has saved us so much travel time. We opted for the 2 BHK unit to accommodate the kids. GTB Infratech has provided a safe kids play area and the security team is very vigilant. The jogging track is great for our evening exercise. We found the flat to be well ventilated and bright. One minor concern is that the parking area can get crowded on weekends when guests visit, but that is common everywhere. The location is very convenient with easy access to the main city roads. We are enjoying our time here and the community events organized in the club house are very fun for the whole family.
