    Finally got my fit flat at W & W Manbhavan Residency. I chose a 2 BHK which has a built-up area between 1300 and 1620 Sq.ft. The price was around 44.2 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. It's ready to move in, which was a big deal for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location near Presidency School in U. I. T., New Scheme is quite convenient for daily life. I checked out the area and it seems to be developing well. The developer, W & W Projects Pvt. Ltd, has a few projects around so that gave me some comfort. I am still figuring out the best way to furnished it, but I am excited to move in soon.
