Finally got my fit flat at W & W Manbhavan Residency. I chose a 2 BHK which has a built-up area between 1300 and 1620 Sq.ft. The price was around 44.2 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. It's ready to move in, which was a big deal for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location near Presidency School in U. I. T., New Scheme is quite convenient for daily life. I checked out the area and it seems to be developing well. The developer, W & W Projects Pvt. Ltd, has a few projects around so that gave me some comfort. I am still figuring out the best way to furnished it, but I am excited to move in soon.

We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place and chose a 3 BHK at W & W Manbhavan Residency. The built-up area is substantial, ranging from 1300 to 1620 Sq.ft, which gives us much more living space. The price, between 44.2 Lakh and 55.08 Lakh, was something we could manage with our savings and a bank loan. Having Presidency School so close is fantastic for our kids. It’s a ready-to-move property, so we could get a feel for the place. The main issue we noticed is the approach road; it's a bit narrow and could be challenging during heavy rain. But W & W Projects Pvt. Ltd has delivered a good product overall, and we are happy with the decision to buy here.

We were looking for a 3 BHK in Bhiwadi and W & W Manbhavan Residency caught our eye. The built-up area for the 3 BHK units is also between 1300 to 1620 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for us. We liked the proximity to Sohna Road and U. I. T. Road, making commutes easier. The price range of 44.2 Lakh to 55.08 Lakh was within our budget after we got our home loan approved. Since it's ready to move, we could see the actual flat and the space. The only thing is that the parking seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests over. But overall, we are happy with the purchase and looking forward to settling in.

I opted for a 3 BHK with a built-up area of 1500 Sq.ft. The price point between 44.2 Lakh and 55.08 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the ready-to-move status. This project by W & W Projects Pvt. Ltd offegood connectivity. My only reservation is the dust from the nearby construction sites, which is common in developing areas like this. However, the infrastructure around looks promising for future appreciation.

My only concern is the traffic noise from Sohna Road, which can be quite noticeable during peak houWe are hoping to soundproof the windows later. It’s a good home for a growing family.
