    We chose Gruha Kalyan Orchid mainly because of its proximity to Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya. The 3 BHK flat is spacious at 1400 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play. The children's play area is well-maintained and safe. We appreciated that the project was ready to move in July 2018, so we didn't have to wait. The gymnasium and clubhouse are good facilities for the whole family. The only downside is the dust from nearby construction, but we hope that subsides soon. The 24/7 water supply is a huge plus for a family.
