    We liked the Growmore Paraiso 1 project mainly for its location. It is very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur and Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, almost zero distance. This makes daily commutes easy. We are looking at a 2 BHK flat with carpet area around 600 square feet. The project is ready to move which was a big plus for us. Landscaping looks good and they have rain water harvesting. The only small issue is that the roads around Ajni can get a bit busy during peak hou, but we can manage that.
