Relocating to Nagpur for work at Orange City Hospital & Research Institute made finding a nearby residence a top priority. Gold City in Ajni is perfect, being nearby. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur is also a bonus if I consider future family plans. The Congress Nagar Metro Station is also very close at nearby, which is great for navigating the city easily. Ashtalaxmi Realities has delivered a ready to move project, which is ideal for my immediate needs. While the location is superb, the surrounding area can be a bit dusty with ongoing development nearby, which is a minor concern for me. Overall, the convenience outweighs this.

Finding a convenient and safe place to live was my main goal. Gold City in Ajni, Nagpur, by Ashtalaxmi Realities, fits the bill. It's ready to move, which was important for me. The location is fantastic; it’s right next to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur and the Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, so I feel secure knowing help is so close. Plus, the Congress Nagar Metro Station is only about a kilometer away, making my daily commute to work much easier. Wardha Road is also very accessible from here. The only drawback I've noticed is that the parking space seems a little cramped, which could be an issue if I have guests over with caBut generally, it's a very practical choice for a single peon.

We were looking for a ready to move place close to work. Gold City in Ajni seemed like a good option. It's literally close to Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur and Orange City Hospital & Research Institute, which is super convenient. My husband works in IT, so the nearby distance to Congress Nagar Metro Station is a big plus for his commute. The Ashtalaxmi Realities development is decent, though we haven't seen many amenities yet. The main concern is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou; it can get quite heavy. We haven't finalized the exact configuration yet, but the location is definitely a winner for us. It feels like a solid choice for now.

Being close to landmarks like Kendriya Vidyalaya Ajni Nagpur and Orange City Hospital & Research Institute means essential services are easily accessible. The connectivity via Wardha Road is also quite good. As a retired professional, I value peace and quiet, and while the project is ready to move, the noise from the nearby Wardha Road can be a bit intrusive at times, especially during the day. However, the accessibility to the Congress Nagar Metro Station at just under a kilometer is a definite advantage for getting around the city. The developer has a decent track record.
