I purchased a 3 BHK flat at GRN Kuyili in Chennai for my parents who live there. Since I am abroad, I needed a project that is ready to move and from a reputable developer. Thiru N Sairam has a decent track record. The 816 square feet carpet area for the 3 BHK configuration is a good size for them. Knowing that essentials like 24x7 water supply and power backup are available gives me peace of mind. The proximity to MGM Healthcare at nearby is also a significant advantage given their age. While the price wasn't available to me, the overall package and location in T Nagar seemed suitable for their needs. It is a practical choice for them.

The 3 BHK flat is 816 square feet carpet area, which is ample space for us now and potentially for a growing family. It's ready to move, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The amenities like closed car parking and power backup are very useful. We liked the fact that Nandanam Metro Station is only nearby, making our commutes easier. The only minor drawback we've noticed is that sometimes the noise from the main street can be a bit much, but we are getting used to it.

The 3 BHK flat has a good carpet area of 816 square feet, providing enough peonal space for everyone in the family. It's ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. The developer, Thiru N Sairam, has equipped the project with necessary amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are vital for a family. The closed car parking is also a big help. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider T Nagar area, but that is temporary.
