    GRLs Bhanus Residency offered a ready-to-move solution which appealed to me. Having the OC in place from Swaraj Homes Buildemeant a straightforward process. The location in Pragathi Nagar is developing nicely. It's very convenient having PRAGATHI CENTRAL SCHOOL and Dr. Rao's ENT Super Speciality International Hospital so close by, practically on my dootep. While the KPHB Colony Metro Station is a bit of a distance at 6.5 kilomete, the overall peace of the residential area is commendable. My only observation is that some of the common areas could use a bit more upkeep, but it’s a minor point in an otherwise pleasant living space.
