The price was at the higher end, around 7 Crore, but the location near the school was non-negotiable for us. The developer, Green Scape Develope, has provided good amenities like landscaping and internal roads. It’s a ready-to-move project, so we could move in immediately after purchase. The area around Kune Village is peaceful. The only issue we’ve faced is dust from nearby construction, but that should settle down. Overall, the convenience for the children is the biggest factor.
